| DAY 8 Snorkeling Koh Rok
Spending Your Holiday in the Sun.
Spend your holiday on the beach if you want to get rid of the accumulated stress. You can take your children and let them have a great time playing in the sand. As an adult, there are many things you can do: swimming, tanning or just hanging out with your friends. If you want to do something special, you can explore the beach and the water to find out amazing things about the nature. Just sit back and enjoy the view and feel the warm breeze fondling your face, while experiencing deep relaxation. Your trip can also include uncomfortable situations, so you better prepare for those by reading some tips that will make everything easier.
Take your car with you on holiday
Taking your car with you during the holiday may prove to have a lot of advantages. However, you will need to clean it good before starting, if you want your luggage to fit. Also, it is a good idea to add a first aid kit in your car, to be prepared for any problems that may occur. A first aid kit should contain bandages with antiseptic products, medicine for different affections, and scissors. If your hair is long, take something that will keep your hair up, it’s useful when you are sitting in the hot sun. Do a whole checking to your car, make sure that your tires won’t go flat and check the oil level as well. When traveling, people should also take a map to avoid getting stuck in unknown places.
Having the kids with you when traveling
Taking the kids with you on a holiday is rather stressful; they can become very excited, especially when they will hear that you are going to the beach. Lack of movement in the car will make them nervous, so you need to keep them busy by playing some games. Traditional word games can be amazing when the whole family plays.
Protect against the UV
Beach holidays can turn out to have terrible effects if you don’t protect your skin. Take care of your skin by applying sunblock every time you expose yourself, and watch out for hours when the sun is dangerous between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. When choosing a sunblock, make sure it has a high SPF rating and replace it from time to time, especially if you swim a lot. Make your time on the beach more relaxing by choosing thin towels and sunglasses. People tend to forget about feet, walking on the beach unprotected may cause burns.
Just take care of a few small problems before going to the beach to make sure that you will enjoy your vacation. When coming back you will have wonderful memories and your batteries charged. Your kids will surely ask you when the next vacation will be.
